Access to a mezzanine floor depends on how the space will be used. Storage areas typically require a staircase compliant with Part K of the Building Regulations, while office mezzanines must meet Part M requirements. Where the space is open to the public, such as in retail environments, a public access staircase is required to ensure safe and compliant use.

All of our staircases are designed to current British Standards and fabricated from high-quality mild steel. Finishes include gloss, powder coating, or galvanising, with stainless steel options available for projects requiring a more premium aesthetic.
